Define the offer

Use one material, one selected amount and the full formulation. Keep blend components and IU, mg or mL units separate.

Attach the original source

Record the supplier URL, current observation date and original document. A link entered into this tool is user-provided evidence, not a verified finding by PEL.

State the result precisely

Record which fields match and which are unresolved. Availability and prices must be checked directly with the supplier. A complete current Ascend catalog has not been verified for this release; no missing information is presented as a failed test.
